Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

All Warranties Provided are done so under the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union with the contract of sale under the laws of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by DEBIT and CREDIT card with payments processed when orders are placed. We cannot ship an order unless we have received payment. When your order is processed we will send confirmation of payment by way of an Invoice which will show your payment.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required.

DELIVERY

Orders placed and paid for before 1PM Monday to Friday are shipped same day for Next Day Delivery with DPD.IE. Once and order is shipped a DISPATCH EMAIL with tracking details is sent to ensure you can track your order and make changes to the delivery schedule if requiered.

Orders placed after 1PM Monday to Friday will be shipped Next Business Day for delivery with DPD.IE the following day.

Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped Next Business Day usually the following Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.

We do not ship orders on National Holidays and there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

European Orders are shipped same day when the order is placed before 12.30PM IRISH TIME 1.30PM CET with delivery with DPD within 3-4 Days. The delivery timeframe differs depending on the country so please check the schedule on the DPD website for exact local country details. In our experience most shipments to EU member countries such as Germany , France , Spain , Italy occur within 3-4 Business Days from day of shipping.

Nice Smoked Chrome Cables

Really nice good quality cables that look like they belong in my Tesla X. I was easily able to add 2 cables for charging without any need for hubs or adapters. Clearly designed to look like they belong in the Tesla. I asked if they had a darker version of the cable and I got what I wanted next day without any fuss. The darker version is like smoked chrome and matches my interior. The darker version was not listed as an option but the good news is that you can ask for them.

Good quality iphone cable

Fast delivery with my order arriving the next morning after I orderd last on a Monday evening. Well designed and built product and far superior to the cables I buy from our local Circle K. You can both see and feel the quality of this cable which is braded and has protection on both connectors to increase the life span. I have lost count of the amount of iphone cables I have bought over the years and even though I have only had this cable for 3 weeks I get the impression it will last a lot longer than the more expensive cables I have been buying in our local

It looks well and charges my Samsung S24 at lightning speed

This USB Cable looks good and charges my Samsung S24 at lighning fast speed. I have been using this cable now for almost 2 months and it is clearly built to last. I ordered 5 of them expecting the usual quality were they last a month to 6 weeks but the bend in the cable were it connects to the USB C socket in the front centre console tray seems to protect the cable from wear and tear. I also bought the iphone version for my wife who goes through these cables usually in weeks and she is also still on her first cable after almost 2 months. Worth the money and fast delivery. I ordered after 4PM on a Friday and I received from An Post the next morning just after 10AM which I must admit was a surprise as I had not expected delivery for a few days. It is good to see a genuine Irish website who actually have the stock to ship same day when you place an order. Please let me know were you would like me to place reviews for you as I believe every Tesla owner needs to know about your webiste. Excellent product and experience from what is an Irish website and I mean that as a compliment for a change.

Fits really well

Feels premium and fits perfect. Superfast charging of my Samsung S23 which feels 10x the charge time of the wireless pads.
