WARRANTY

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

All Warranties Provided are done so under the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union with the contract of sale under the laws of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Whether you purchased your Tesla Accessory last week or last year should you have an issue please contact us and let us work together to resolve any issue you may have.

If any of our customers finds any product not to meet the expected quality or does not fit or match colours expected then please contact us so we can speak to the manufacturer of the accessory to ensure the next version is improved.

We are Tesla owners here ourselves and our goal is to provide a local service when it comes to finding the correct Tesla Accessories so should you have an issue please share your concern with us so we can improve the product.

We can all make mistakes and if we have made an error when processing an order we will do our best to learn from our mistakes and to ensure the mistake does not happen again.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by DEBIT and CREDIT card with payments processed when orders are placed. We cannot ship an order unless we have received payment. When your order is processed we will send confirmation of payment by way of an Invoice which will show your payment.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required.

DELIVERY

Orders placed and paid for before 1PM Monday to Friday are shipped same day for Next Day Delivery with DPD.IE. Once and order is shipped a DISPATCH EMAIL with tracking details is sent to ensure you can track your order and make changes to the delivery schedule if requiered.

Orders placed after 1PM Monday to Friday will be shipped Next Business Day for delivery with DPD.IE the following day.

Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped Next Business Day usually the following Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.

We do not ship orders on National Holidays and there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

European Orders are shipped same day when the order is placed before 12.30PM IRISH TIME 1.30PM CET with delivery with DPD within 3-4 Days. The delivery timeframe differs depending on the country so please check the schedule on the DPD website for exact local country details. In our experience most shipments to EU member countries such as Germany , France , Spain , Italy occur within 3-4 Business Days from day of shipping.

As you can see from the tracking we shipped you order on the day the order was placed. https://tinyurl.com/276fgq4z this is a screen shot showing the tracking details and history of the shipment from the day we shipped to the day you signed for the order 7 days later.

We state we ship all orders placed before 2PM GMT on the day of order or order placed over the weekend on the next business day and delivery to the Netherlands falls into the EU 1 Bracket which states delivery within 2 -6 Business Days using the FREE DELIVERY option.

Most orders are delivered to the Netherlands within 3-4 days which is why we advice customers to use the FREE DELIVERY as the paid service with FEDEX adds unnecessary cost and still takes 2-3 days so you would be paying up to €30 to save at most 1 day.

On the week you placed your order there were 3 factors which created issues with orders each adding its own delays. Normally we ship from the CARLOW MAIN POSTAL DISTRIBUTION CENTRE however due to flooding from rain that weekend we could not get to the centre so we had to drive 15 Kilometres to the KILDARE POST OFFICE and this created a 24 hour delay as the post from there was not collected until the following day and we expect this was due to the flooding. The Holy Head Port in the UK which all Road Frieght to the Netherlands from Ireland goes through reopened that week after being closed since December again from storm damage and they was still limited service however the third factor a major storm closed most businesses in Ireland from 3PM on the Thursday with no sailing from the previous night and even we had to close on the Thursday and Friday as we had no Electricity from 3PM on the Thursday. We did open for a few hours on the Saturday and Sunday using a backup generator to power PCs and some lights however I am sure you have seen the expect of what has been referred to the Store of the Century so we cannot blame our carrier AN POST who did an incredible job in getting orders out of Ireland to our customers acorss Europe with most orders delivered on Saturday the 25th of January were there was Saturday postal service and the remainder on Monday the 27th. We do state 2-6 Business day delivery which mean working days and excludes weekends and non working day so even if we count the days were business were forced to close due to the mandetory red storm warning the 6 business day would have mean the delivery would have been as
late at the 29th of Janaury and still been inside the 6 business day period.

AN POST are however better than the 6 business day period and we accept our customers have become used to 3-4 days being more normal but the week you placed your order was genuinely a week were there were exceptions that we nore An Post could have planned for. We shipped over 200 orders with AN POST and 95% were delivered no later that the 25th of January which we incredible and many customers have mentioned this in their reviews with a small amount of orders mostly in areas with no Saturday delivery not reaching our customers until the following Monday.

Our staff worked form home on the Thursday and Friday and came in over the weekend which shows their commitment to out Tesla customers and AN POST staff were working day and night to ensure delivery of parcels as were the local postal services in other EU countries including the Netherlands.

Over the last week in Ireland Electricity crews from many EU countries have come to Ireland to help with restoring the power as there was still over 100,000 homes and businesses without electricity yesterday and now they expect most power to be restored by early next week.

What happened last week was exceptional but everyone working together ensured there was as little disruption as possible and we do apologise for any inconvenience but please understand that the there were events beyond our control last week and the delivery timeframe is stated as 2-6 days to the Netherlands.

Can you please reconsider your review now that you are fully aware of why your order took from the 20th of January until the 27th of January 2024 to reach you.
