3. Instalacija bez razaranja, nema slomljenih žica, nema potrebe za bušenjem, samo je potrebno zamijeniti originalnu bravu automobila

Rješavanje problema:

1. Tijekom perioda samousisavanja od 1,90 sekundi, vrata se ne mogu otvoriti ili se zaključano vozilo ne može otključati;

2. Ako i dalje ne može samostalno usisavati, razlog je to što je električna usisna brava fiksirana previsoko. Otpustite dva vijka koji učvršćuju originalnu bravu automobila i namjestite je malo prema dolje;

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

All Warranties Provided are done so under the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union with the contract of sale under the laws of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by DEBIT and CREDIT card with payments processed when orders are placed. We cannot ship an order unless we have received payment. When your order is processed we will send confirmation of payment by way of an Invoice which will show your payment.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required.

DELIVERY

Orders placed and paid for before 1PM Monday to Friday are shipped same day for Next Day Delivery with DPD.IE. Once and order is shipped a DISPATCH EMAIL with tracking details is sent to ensure you can track your order and make changes to the delivery schedule if requiered.

Orders placed after 1PM Monday to Friday will be shipped Next Business Day for delivery with DPD.IE the following day.

Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped Next Business Day usually the following Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.

We do not ship orders on National Holidays and there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

European Orders are shipped same day when the order is placed before 12.30PM IRISH TIME 1.30PM CET with delivery with DPD within 3-4 Days. The delivery timeframe differs depending on the country so please check the schedule on the DPD website for exact local country details. In our experience most shipments to EU member countries such as Germany , France , Spain , Italy occur within 3-4 Business Days from day of shipping.

Ideal Upgrade and 6 Star Service

I watched the video and I decided to install myself however I went wrong and when I spoke to support they invited me to drive down and they completed the job I could not. It turned out that I bought the Y version when I should have bought the Model 3 specific version. Given the amount of work I insisted on paying for the work but this was refused. They uninstalled the incorrect version I had installed and they then installed the new 3 version. All in all in took them about 90 minutes to complete the task but I do assest they spent more time putting right the mess I made. I knew I ordered the Y version but I assumed they were the same and yes I failed to read the notice in the description. I did end up driving from Dublin to Carlow with tape the only thing ensuring my frunk stayed safety closed. These guys were very helpful and even insisted on cleaning the tape off the car. I was able to stay and watch them work however I chose to walk across the road and get a coffee in a Maxol garage. When I made the purchase they offered to fit the mechanism for €150 but considering my job and experience I decided to save the €150 and do it myself. This was a simply and straight forward install but once i went wrong and I had pieces which did not fit I was in trouble. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Thankfully I bought the mechanism locally and it came with a warranty as I would not have been happy driving to China to get them to fit the mechanism. I will always go to Teslary first before looking elsewhere given the service they provided to me. I expect if they had not helped I would have had to call out Tesla and pay for a range to return the original mechanism to working order. Teslary saved the day and I am grateful to them for all of the help , assistance and advice they offered to me. I know they are only open a few weeks and I was the first onsite customer. They had a reception area were I was able to sit and wait however I chose to go across the road to get a coffee for my nerves...
