Il y a de petites pièces et si vous le donnez à un enfant, nous recommandons des enfants de 3 ans et plus, mais comme pour tous les jouets de ce type, il y a de petites pièces et des piles.

Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'une voiture jouet pour enfants ou d'un objet de collection et qu'il ne s'agit pas de l'édition collector des modèles vendus par Tesla. Il s'agit cependant d'un bon objet de collection pour votre collection Tesla ou comme jouet pour enfants. Ce n'est pas une représentation parfaite à 100 % d'un semi-remorque Tesla, mais il a très belle allure posé sur une étagère ou sur votre bureau en attendant l'arrivée de votre nouvelle Tesla !

Ces modèles réduits de camions semi-remorques Tesla 1:24 sont fabriqués selon des normes élevées et comprennent de nombreuses fonctionnalités similaires à la version grandeur nature, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos.

WARRANTY

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

If you have any concerns with compatibility prior to ordering please email us and we will assist with ensuring compatibility with your exact make and model prior to shipping the order.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

All Warranties Provided are done so under the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union with the contract of sale under the laws of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Whether you purchased your Tesla Accessory last week or last year should you have an issue please contact us and let us work together to resolve any issue you may have.

If any of our customers finds any product not to meet the expected quality or does not fit or match colours expected then please contact us so we can speak to the manufacturer of the accessory to ensure the next version is improved.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by DEBIT and CREDIT card with payments processed when orders are placed. We cannot ship an order unless we have received payment. When your order is processed we will send confirmation of payment by way of an Invoice which will show your payment.

If we are to CREDIT or REFUND an order we are only allowed to credit or refund the same method of payment used when placing the order.

All Orders placed for delivery in Ireland include all local taxes including VAT with no further payments required.

DELIVERY

Orders placed and paid for before 1PM Monday to Friday are shipped same day for Next Day Delivery with DPD.IE. Once and order is shipped a DISPATCH EMAIL with tracking details is sent to ensure you can track your order and make changes to the delivery schedule if requiered.

Orders placed after 1PM Monday to Friday will be shipped Next Business Day for delivery with DPD.IE the following day.

Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped Next Business Day usually the following Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.

We do not ship orders on National Holidays and there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

European Orders are shipped same day when the order is placed before 12.30PM IRISH TIME 1.30PM CET with delivery with DPD within 3-4 Days. The delivery timeframe differs depending on the country so please check the schedule on the DPD website for exact local country details. In our experience most shipments to EU member countries such as Germany , France , Spain , Italy occur within 3-4 Business Days from day of shipping.

Good Gift for Children

Received in 2 days and I found it to be excellent as a present for my young children. I ordered 2 of them and they arrived well packed and quick with gls. Thank you for your help

I mean… It’s ok..

Firstly, I found the packaging terrible, just a polystyrene box. Not great for gifting but that’s just my opinion. Secondly, I mean the product itself the quality is decent but I just expected it to be bigger. It’s pretty small which I was surprised about. Would I pay the same price for another one? Absolutely not. On a positive, the delivery was quick and the quality of the little truck itself is decent but the photos do not give a true reflection of the size.

I would firstly like to reply to your statement about the size of the Semi Truck. It is a 1:24 Scale Model and the dimensions are clearly showing in photo 6 which stated 20.2cm x 8.6cm x 11.9cm which is very large for a 1:24 Toy and the images are a true reflection of the product.

Regards the packing the protective styrofoam is designed to ensure the Tesla Semi Truck reaches our customer worldwide in perfect condition and we have chosen to be practical with the packing to ensure the best protection. We do however offer an option to purchase full colour packing with any of our Scale Model cars with the reseller logo once the minimum order is of 160 pieces or above. The retails packing is however designed to be shipped with 8 to a carton to trade customers and we would never ship a single retail packed retail box as it would not offer protection to the contents and given the extra cost to the reseller for the packing and the shipping this is why you will see our 1:24 Scale Models sold for between €69.99 and €99.99 in retail stores. If you purchase from us direct you receive a product in protective packing to ensure it gets to you in perfect confition.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase but to say the images are not a true reflection of the product is being unfair particualry considering the size is mentioned in the name of the product and the dimensions are shown in the photos.

This has been one of the most popular scale models purchased over the last 3 months and we have not had any reports about issues with either the packing or the size from any of our customers or from our resellers across Europe. If you want to purchase with full colour retail packing please contact our sales team and they will provide you a link to one of our resellers across Europe who had ordered with the instore full colour packing.

We do everything possible to ensure totally accurate descriptions and as you will see many of the images are specific to our website and we do this to ensure the images truly reflect the product being offered on our website.

We have described the Tesla Scale 1:24 Truck as a toy for children and it is not a collectors edition. We do often have the 1:18 Collectors Editions available however this is a specialist product which is available in limited numbers given its cost however we do expect stock to return in early 2025 however I cannot tell you if the 2024 price will be the same as when the item went out of stock in early November 2024.
